I'm excited to launch virtual group exercise classes to help you achieve your fitness goals! I will be offering a variety of class levels for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced clients. There will also be options for Cardio, Bodyweight strength training, and Equipment Strength training on a variety of days and times.

Why virtual classes?
If there is anything we learned from the past few years, is that we've been able to connect with people all over the world. When it comes to fitness, virtual classes offer more freedom with schedules, and more ease in achieving your goals. Let's face it - sometimes it is easier to roll out of bed and join a class, than it would be to leave the house (especially when it's COLD outside!)
Plus, it's fun to connect with others who are on their own wellness journeys for accountability and support!

Personal Training Packages
I can also work with you 1-1 virtually for private or semi-private personal training. We can meet for 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions once to multiple times per week. Click below to meet with me to learn more.
