DIY FMD Workshop:

The Do-It-Yourself Fasting Mimicking Diet (DIY FMD) allows you to eat REAL food while benefiting from the wonders of what fasting can do for your body.  Whether you are doing this to reduce cholesterol, lower glucose levels, lose weight, or just have a better relationship with food… this Group Coaching Program will give you support every step of the way.

What will you get for your money?

  1. Sample menu that you can prep before the start of the 5 day food plan (this will be emailed out the week before the start of the diet)

  2. Zoom session on Monday, May 13th at 9:00 AM EST and on Friday, May 17th at 1:00 PM EST. (Please do your best to attend both sessions)

  3. Support from a National Board Certified Coach

  4. Support from others who are doing this with you

  5. Daily check-ins

  6. Accountability to help keep you motivated

We will meet starting on Monday to kick off the 5 day diet!  Come with questions and a good attitude!

On days 2-5, we will continue to check in via FB or

WhatsApp messenger, to ask questions and share your journey.

We will meet again Friday afternoon to give you that extra push to finish out the meal plan.

All of this for $29?  Not bad!!

If you refer a friend for a later session, you will get $5 off the next group support session!

Note: it is recommended that the FMD can be done once a month for up to six months, depending on your medical condition.  Please consult with your medical practitioner if you have any specific questions regarding your health.

Register for both days here.
