Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policies:

​The Balanced Human, LLC Health and Wellness Coaching Services (aka TBH) are undertaken per the following:​

 

The client can book one free 20-minute Discovery Session via scheduling link found on the website or provided via email. After the Discovery Session, the Client can choose between two options:​

A.) A pre-paid single session at the rate as shown in the Pricing Brochure (same fee for 90 min. Foundation and 45 min. Wellness Sessions). Payment is required at the time of booking the session. With the Single Session option, you are not committed to continue with coaching services.


B.) A pre-paid package session, per the Pricing Brochure provided to the Client.​ A package entitles the Client to one (1) 90-minute Foundation Session and either (6), (9), or (12) 45-minute Wellness Sessions.  These packages are valid for twelve (12) months from date of initial purchase. Payment is required, in full, at the time of booking.

 


Scheduling & Payment Policy:

Appointments can be made through TBH's scheduling link.​  All sessions are booked by the client at an available time that is convenient to them. All single session and package payments must be received in full at the time of booking by credit card via PayPal or through Venmo.  Currency used is US Dollars. 


Refund Policy:

Because the introductory call is free, and single sessions are offered, refunds are not provided.  Please refer to this website for "Results Disclaimer."


Cancellation Policy:

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the session, they must do so 24 hours in advance via the scheduling link or direct text/email to the Coach.

 

Life happens and unexpected situations arise, so TBH will handle extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis for re-scheduling. 

 

Because there is no cancellation fee, TBH expects the Client to give proper notice out of respect for the Coach and the company’s other clients. If the client is late to a session, it will be at the Owner's discretion whether to extend the session.  No partial refunds will be given if the Client is tardy.  If the Owner is late to a session, she will give notice to the Client prior to the session and, if necessary, will make-up for that time.

Technical Problems:

If technical issues happen prior to the session, the Client should give advance notice as best as possible. In the case of issues during the session, the time will be made up as appropriate.
