I'm Rupali — a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach with additional training in relationships, communication, and the mind-body connection.
I've spent years studying what it actually takes for people to change — not just their habits, but how they see themselves and how they show up in the world. That work led me here, to coaching people through some of life's most challenging and transformative moments.
People often tell me I'm easy to talk to. I take that seriously. This work requires trust, and I want you to feel safe from the very first conversation.
My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in real tools — not theory. Together we'll work on the inside stuff that makes everything else easier: your confidence, your sense of self, and the way you connect with the people around you.
