I am not selling you any “miracle” products like supplements, juices, cleanses, or shakes. I am not trying to pitch you a ‘wonder diet’ that will make you lose 20 lbs. in 2 weeks. I don’t believe any of these things work because these are all quick-fix gimmicks.
